The cultural and creative industries in Saxony include approximately 10,000 companies in 12 subsectors that create or disseminate creative and innovative products and services. The cultural and creative industries are the key sector for economic and social innovations and shape change in the region.
We are the first organization in Germany that was founded by the creative entrepreneurs themselves to strengthen the sector. The work of the Landesverband der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft Sachsen e. V. ist supported by its members Kreatives Chemnitz, Wir gestalten Dresden, Kreatives Leipzig and Kreatives Erzgebirge.
